Fresh Italian smells when you walk in without smoke or greasy atmosphere. Food came out hot and flavorful. Service is friendly and punctual, but there is a slight wait due to being busy. Bathrooms were very clean during our visit.
Best deep pan pizza in southern Illinois. I grew up in Carbondale and this was one of my family's favorite places to eat. It was wonderful to be back this week and the pizza was, as always, delicious. Oddly, the broccoli on my salad was frozen but that's a one off so I'm still giving 5 stars!

We stopped in at Quatro's after hearing so many people sing their praises! We are from KY and made about an hour drive to give it a try. On a Sunday night at 5pm, the place is pretty much full. We lucked out and snagged a seat as soon as we walked in and didn't have to wait. It took several minutes for someone to get our drink order, but she brought them back immediately. Finally after several more minutes, our actual waitress took our order. For how busy it was, I don't think it took long to get our food. We got a deep dish pizza called, Meateater Bonanza. It was definitely worth the drive. I would say we will be back to try other specialty pizzas like the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken bacon ranch.
Local sports bus travel company owners said this is a must-visit restaurant!!! Great place to get family together for some great pizza!! Meateater’s is a 10 out of 10!! Quatro’s Challenge is a 9.75 out of 10! 5 out of 8 in our party started off with a salad. Friendly staff make this a must-visit restaurant!! We make it a point to visit EVERY time we’re in the area!!! We had local folks, plus visitors from Colorado, Texas & Florida!!
Best deep dish pizza we’ve found so far! It was at least 1 1/2 inch thick.
It was a Saturday and busy in the main area but we found a nice spot near the restrooms. I got the gf cauli pizza and it was delicious. Our server was also the bartender at the sports bar and he was helpful, polite, and was attentive even after getting busier at the bar. All around I'd say a great experience. It's clearly popular for a reason.
Their Philly cheese steak pizza was definitely worth the trip. The garlic bread was genuinely a surprise
Normally when I'm already going to rate a place highly I try to add something for the owners to see that I feel like could be better but I've been sitting here for a few minutes. I've got nothing at the moment. 🤷♂️ I ate here with my mom as a kid all the time. Like 16 years ago. I remember it being good but always preferring Pag's. I genuinely don't know if it's just that my tastes changed as I grew up but the food seems even better now and my opinion has flipped. I still frequent both buuuuuut also $5 pitcher night 😂 The food is greasier than other places but definitely not too much. For me I think it gives it that extra bit of flavor without being gross to pick up and eat. I think it's right at the perfect amount. The service has been fast and friendly. The prices are about what you'd expect up the street or wherever else. I've gone a few times in the last couple months since moving back to town and yeah I don't really have anything else to add. It good. 🤷♂️
My pregnant wife got the spaghetti with an absurd amount of meatballs on the side. We were not disappointed with the lovely message and fast delivery! I had the Pesto Turkey sandwich, by far my favorite sammy to date!
